Steampunk Advent Calendar
This is the steampunk advent calendar I came up with for the AlphaStamps Design Team, using Graphic45 "Steampunk Debutante" paper and a billion bits and pieces from Alpha (including a bunch of Tim Holtz products). I have to say this was the most labor intensive thing I've done to day and I think its my favorite as well.
In the second picture you can see the side of the box. I used a dimensional paint to create the soldered seams and rivets to beef up the steampunkiness of it. The overall size is about 12 inches by 12 inches and each little drawer is right around 2x2.

Angel Slide Mailer
This is a slide mailer I made for the Alpha Stamps Design team. I love how the gold leaf covered the mailer. It gave it a great antique look.

AlphaStamps.com Halloween Slide Mailer Swap
I joined a swap on Alphastamps.com for Halloween Slide Mailers. I managed to take some spectacularly bad photos of these for some reason, but here's what I came up with.
I really like the one with the devil skelly peaking thru the window on the outside and the little skellies on the inside. You can't tell from the photo but there is a sheet of mica between the window frame and the picture of the skelly on the front.
(I wasn't able to get a good picture of the inside of the 3rd one so I didn't bother to put it up)
Most of the supplies I used can be found on these pages:
Halloween Collage Sheets
Paper Theatre Collage Sheets
Slide Mailers
Black Dresden Trim
BEWARE and black fence stickers
Poison Rubber Stamp Set

Heart canvas
This piece started as a plain artist canvas. I mounted a paper mache box on the back of the canvas, inside the wood frame then cut a whole in the canvas itself to create the niche.
I covered the whole thing with molding paste, a texture paste and several kind of paint.
The heart is made from celluclay and the corners are some Tim Holtz pieces that I nailed on and banged the heck out of with a hammer.
I really love how it turned and and I'm really glad that I get to keep this one.
(this is the first post I've created using Flickr's "blog this" feature. My image is apparently too big so the edge is cut off. If you click on it, it will take you to the whole image on Flickr.)
